Module2 第3课时教学设计
一、教学内容
外研版小学英语五年级上册第二模块第3课时Unit2 Activities 1—3。
二、教学目标
1. 能够听、说、认、读单词和词组ate, bottle, drank, over there, kilo, a lot of.
2. 能够听、说、读、写单词use, half.
3. 能够听、说、读、写句子How much cheese did you buy? Half a kilo.
4. 能够运用所学的语言知识对不可数名词数量的多少进行问答。
三、教学重难点
重点:听、说、读、写句子How much cheese did you buy? Half a kilo.
难点:half和a lot of的运用。

五、教学设计
Step 1 Warm-up
教师播放歌曲“HOW MANY DO YOU WANT?”的动画,全班同学边做动作边唱歌曲。
【设计思路】通过唱歌,激发学生的学习兴趣,烘托气氛的同时,复习how many和how much的相关知识,为下一步学习做好铺垫。
Step 2 Preview
1. Free-talk.
T: Hello! What did you do yesterday?
Ss: We had classes yesterday.
T: What did you buy last night?
Ss: I bought some bananas.
T: …
Ss: …
2. Sing a chant.
教师播放课件,呈现chant内容,配上节奏进行说唱。
Where, where, where did you go?
I went, I went, I went to the supermarket.
What, what, what did you buy?
I bought, I bought, I bought many apples.
How many, how many, how many apples did you buy?
I bought, bought, I bought some apples.
Great! Great! Great!
Step 3 Presentation
1. 学习 Look,listen and say.
(1)教师提问:Did Ms Smart want to have a picnic? What did they buy? 引导学生回忆上节课的情景之后,让学生回答。
(2)教师引导学生打开课本阅读课文内容,进入ate, bottle, drank, over there, kilo, a lot of等词汇学习,重点学习eat的过去式ate及drink的过去式drank的发音。
(3)听录音,模仿课文语音、语调读两遍。
(4)教师让学生戴好人物头饰进行角色表演。
(5)教师小结:how much后接不可数名词。如:How much water did you drink?举例后让学生用 How much ... did. .. drink!造句。
(6)问答比赛。
教师把学生分成6人小组,引导学生小组内用句子How much ... did you drink/buy?进行问答,操练之后进行汇报。
【设计思路】通过对句型How much ... did you drink/buy? 问答操练,让学生在感知、体验、参与中学习和收获快乐。
2. 学习 Listen and read。
(1)教师出示挂图,让学生猜猜他们在做什么,引入课文学习。
(2)教师播放课文录音两遍,然后让学生回答问题。
How much juice did Amy and Sam buy?
How much cheese did Amy and Sam buy?
How much chocolate did Amy and Sam buy?
(3)教师适当讲解对话内容,同时引出重点句子How much cheese did you buy? Half a kilo.和单词half, a lot of 的学习。强调指出how much后接不可数名词形式。
(4)让学生听录音模仿两遍。
(5)分角色朗读对话,并戴好头饰进行表演。
(6)“寻找家园”游戏。
教师准备一些卡片,正面写上物品名词,反面写上相应数量,如cheese, bananas, one kilo等。请一名学生上台抽取一张卡片,让学生用how many或how much提问,同组另一名学生猜出对应的数量,提问正确和回答出来的学生得两分,得分最髙的组为获胜者。
【设计思路】通过这个游戏活动,让学生在玩中学习,激发学生的学习兴趣的同时,巩固how many和how much的用法及对 其引导的问句的回答。
3. 学习 Point and say.
(1)教师利用多媒体创设在超市买东西的情景,再出示课件,呈现各种物品的数量,让学生运用how many和how much进行回答。
(2)让学生打开书,认、读、对话内容。
(3)同桌互相操练对话。
(4)教师小结how many和how much用法的不同:how many后接可数名词和how much后接不可数名词。
Step 4 Consolidation and extension
“联想活动”。
教师出示一些地方的特色食物和水果,请学生展开联想,两人一组进行问答,要说出与该地方、食物、水果有联系的句子。如:出示羊肉串、葡萄干,可以进行问答Where did you go? I went to Xinjiang. What did you buy? I bought some grapes. How many grapes did you buy? One kilo ... 谁说的句子多而且合理,谁就获胜。
【设计思路】通过联想活动,培养学生的听,说、读、写、想、用等综合语言运用能力,让学生的英语素质得到提高。
Step 5 Homework
1. 让学生抄写本课四会词汇和重点句子两遍。
2. 让学生对自己最近买的物品拍照,下节课带来照片与同学交流。

how many, how much问多少,后面接物有区别,可数物品many后,much后站不可数,不管过去和现在,规则一样要牢记!
