本篇文章是该单元的主体阅读,是一篇新闻报道。文章讲述了1976年7月28日凌晨发生在河北省唐山市的大地震。通过对震前征兆，地震发生，震后救援的具体描述，向我们再现了唐山大地震这场二十世纪人类遭受的最惨重的自然灾害。
