Module 8 Unit 1 When did they come?
教材分析:
1、本课时选自外研版一年级起点四年级英语上册Module8Unit 1。
2、本课时主题是“When did they come?” 学习一般过去时的特殊疑问句及回答
学情分析:
本课对象是小学四年级学生,由于我校是一年级起点学生具备了一定的英语基础,接触并认读了一部分新词。大多数学生活泼开朗,善于表达,乐于模仿和表演,能够积极参与到课堂活动中来。
教学目标:
1.语言知识目标:
1)、能够听、说、读、写单词:when, came, competition ,won ,gold ,cup, flute, practice , took, a lot, look
2)、能够向他人用过去式询问并能对别人的提问做出相应的回答:
主要句型结构是:
What did you/he/she do? I/He/She…
Where did you/he/she go? I/He/She went…
When did you/they come? I/They came…
2.语言能力目标:
能运用一般过去时的特殊疑问句并作出相应的回答。
3.情感目标:
培养学生敢于主动向别人提问的能力。
教学重难点:
1、学习句型:
When did they come?------They came ......
Where did you go yesterday?------We went to ......
2、全体学生能运用“When did they...?”等特殊疑问句询问过去的事情
教学准备:单词卡片,PPT,多媒体等
教学过程:
Step1. Warm up

设计思路:吸引学生注意力,让学生快速调整为上课状态。
2. Free talk:
What did you do last …?
设计思路:激发学生搜索信息并组织语言的能力,学会用英语描述自己的活动,增强学生自信。
Step2. Presentation and Practice
1. Q&A about a piece of news adopted from the story.
设计思路:培养学生善于提问问题,并解决问题的能力。
2. Enjoy the story and understand “Practice makes perfect.”
设计思路:通过学习课文,明白熟能生巧的道理。
3. Find out the key structures with “what” and “when”.
设计思路:让学生识别what,when开头的特殊疑问句
4. Chant for the key structures.
设计思路:让学生能提炼,概括出课文所教给我们什么道理。
Step 3. Production
1. Finish a listening exercise.
2. Guess what the winners did.
3. Continue the story and make a report.
设计思路:话题继续延伸,进一步鼓励学生发挥自己的想象力和主观能动性,并与实际相结合,提出自己的新观点,新思路和新方法。
