family members:mother, father , parents, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother , grandparents, son , daughter, cousin, aunt , uncle, friend
Demonstratives: this, that, these, those

Is this/that…..? Yes, it is./No, it isn’t.

Step One: Warming up.
T: Boys and girls, do you loveyour family?
S: Yes, we do.
T: Do you know the meaning of theword ”family” ? Let’s enjoy a video.
观看视频family=father and mother I love you
T: Now do youknow the meaning of family?
S: Yes, it’s“father and mother I love you.”
T: Very well.
Step two: Vocabulary(利用PPT图片动画,引出单词,更加自然、形象。)
1. Conversaton
T: Let’s meet Tom’s family. Cananybody tell me who is this person?
S1: Mother.
T: Yeah. And who is this?
(Teacher pointing at the father)
S2: Father.
(Teach the words “brother,sister” in the same way.)
(Teacher showing the picture ofparents and explain the word ”parents”.)
Parents 指双亲,指父亲或母亲一个人时,用parent形式。

· 缩写
1. Introduction:
that’s是that is的缩写形式。当人称代词、指示代词及疑问词与be动词(am, is, are)等连用时,为了简便常用缩写。
