定义：
现在进行时被动语态表示说话时或现阶段某个被动的动作正在进行。
Present Progressive Passive Voice
构成：
S + is/am/are + being + done (p.p.)
意义：
sb/sth此时此刻正在被……
如果去掉being,就成为一般现在时被动语态或系表结构。试比较下列句子:

Look! The children are being taken care of by 
their aunt.
 瞧!孩子们现在正由姑姑照看着。(指现在的情况)
Children are taken good care of at school. 
孩子们在学校被照看得很好。(指通常的情况)

Present Progressive Passive Voice
e.g:
1. They are building a new library now. 被动
A new library is being built now.
Many animals are not being protected well enough.

3. The bridge is being repaired now. 疑问句
1) 表示说话时正在进行的被动动作, 强调主语是动作的承受者
Look! The baby is being taken care of by
her aunt. 瞧！那个婴儿正由他的阿姨照料着。
2) 表示现阶段正在进行的被动动作。但此时此
刻不一定在进行的被动动作
A new building is being built outside our
school.
现在进行时被动语态的用法：
1. She’s made rapid progress recently and is always being praised by the teachers.

2. To the teacher’s anger, the silly questions are always being asked by his students.
她最近进步很快，总是被老师表扬。
让老师生气的是，学生总是问愚蠢的问题。
注意: 现在进行时被动语态与always , constantly(经常地), all the time等表示频度的副词连用时，表示经常性的被动动作，此时往往带有赞赏或厌恶等感情色彩。
3)没有进行时的被动语态一些表示状态、心理活动、拥有、存在等的动词(和主动语态一样)一般不用进行时被动语态,常用一般现在时被动语态表示此时此刻或目前主语承受谓语动词的动作。
例: 小王,过来,有你的电话。

5) 其他形式表示被动结构“be + under / in + n.” 可代替进行时被动语态=“be + being + p.p.”
1.The bridge is under repair / construction.
（桥梁正在修理中/建筑中。）
2.The problem is under discussion at the 
meeting. （问题正在会上讨论。）
=The problem is being discussed at the
meeting.
=The bridge is being repaired/constructed.
