so是副词,其后跟形容词或副词,that后跟结果状语从句。

但前者中的so是副词,因此其后跟形容词或副词,而后者

(1)arise是不及物动词,意为“出现、发现”,常用于抽象事物,

(2)rise是不及物动词,无arise 的抽象用法,只表示事物向较高
的地方或水平移动。
(3)raise为及物动词,“使……上升”,“举起”等。
