教学内容分析
本节课是人教版教材Go For It八年级Unit 4 Sectoin B 的第二课时,是第一课时听说的深化,是一节阅读课。通过对一篇关于“达人秀”的阅读文章,了解才艺展示,并鼓励学生多培养些才艺。通过学习文章,了解文章大意,掌握文中的重点短语、句子,并通过小组调查、讨论、合作活动,让学生初步运用目标语言谈论同班同学的才艺。


教学目标


By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1. master the some important words and expressions.
2. use the knowledge they have learned to assess a program or a person.
3. study harder in order to make their dream come true .


学习者特征分析


学生英语基础普遍较差,接受能力较弱,幸运的是上一单元就已经接触了形容词、副词的比较级,对最高级老师也进行了渗透,有一小部分同学能用形容词、副词的比较级正确描述人或事物,这样他们学习第四单元也算有了一定的语言基础,但是,学生的读音,语调,停顿问题都很大,并且读起课文来极不流畅,对文章大意的理解也存在一定问题,一课时学习一篇阅读太难了,所以本课我涉及的问题比较简单,以注重基础、表面的东西为出发点,他们的阅读能力需慢慢提高。




四、教学策略选择与设计

采取的是读前导入,读中,读后练习巩固的设计理念,课堂活动多样包括俩俩对话,小组调查讨论,写作等,学生兴趣很高。

五、教学重点及难点

Teaching focus:
Help students master some important words and expressions.
2 Help students to assess a program or a person using some vivid language in real contexts.

Students may find it hard to assess a program or a person.

In order to train students’ skimming skills 

 Ask students to read Para2 and Para3 then answer the following questions. questions.
Ask students to read the whole passage then mark true or false and complete the sentences.

九.教学反思
可以从如下角度进行反思(不少于200字):
本课采取的是读前导入,读中,读后练习巩固的设计理念,课堂活动多样包括俩俩对话,小组调查讨论,写作等,学生兴趣很高。本节课设计的内容不是很多,因为自己的学生能力有限,所以课上我设计的问题比较简单,包括安排了一个判断正误、就 原文内容挖空填空,回答问题。最后的写作可能有些难度。因为时间有限,所以让学生找文中的知识点我把它放在了下一课时。尽管这样,课上学生参与人数也不是很多,其中的短语连线抢答,我觉得很精彩。我深知自己的责任重大,在今后的工作中,还要不断激发学生的学习兴趣,多关注差生,为他们设计一些简单的问题,让他们从中感受到成功的喜悦。
