一、教学目标
1. 能够听、说、认读单词：horses , cows , hens , sheep
2. 能够运用核心句型：Are these/those …? Yes , they are . /No , they aren’t.
3. 理解名词的单数和复数以及：What’s this /that? It’s a…和What are these /those? They’re ….的正确使用。
   二、学情分析：
   四年级的学生对英语已经有了一定的语感和英语基础，具备了一定的语言运用能力，处于由感性向理性认识阶段。因此，在教学中尽量创设情境，用歌曲、歌谣、游戏等来激发他们的学习兴趣，使他们在快乐的氛围中学习新知识。

三、学习重难点
1.重点：能够听、说、认读单词：horses , cows , hens , sheep
2.难点：理解名词的单数和复数以及：What’s this /that? It’s a…和What are these /those ? They’re ….的正确使用。
四、教具准备：
   录音机、教学图片等。

教学过程：
一、Warm-up
1. Sing a song : 《Old MacDonald》.
2. 课件呈现：Old Macdonald 有个很大的农场，里面的动物越来越多了，于是出了个招聘广告，想请一些得手的暑期工来农场帮忙，待遇非常的好：包吃包住，而且假期结束后选出“最佳农场小帮手” 。期待你们的加入，但你必须通过下面三关哦！ 教师通过奖励小纸贴来看看最后哪组多，哪组就是最佳农场小帮手。 Now let’s go the task 1.
二、 Presentation Task 1：Meeting the animals 1、出示课件，利用听音猜物从旧知识来引出新单词T： Look！ What’s this ? Listen and guess. 学生一听就听出是小猪的叫声，Ss:It’s a pig.再出示五只小猪的图片问学生：What are these? Ss: They’re pigs. 2、 最后出示课件T： Look！ What’s this ? Listen and guess. 学生也是听到是新单词母鸡的叫声，马上说出：It’s a hen. 教学单词hen，出示卡片，教学字母组合en在单词中的发音，en/en/ h-en。 3、出示图片几只近处的母鸡并说Look！What are these? They are hens. 教学单词hen的复数形式。 4、再出示远处几只母鸡提问：What are those? They are hens. 让学生区分these 与those。 5、 用同样的方式教学horse，cow，sheep几个新单词。注意：horses的读音和强调sheep的复数形式。6、Let’s play games：（1）What can you see? （2）What’s this? 教育学生要爱护动物。7、Open the books：播放B let’s learn部分录音，学生跟读一次。 8、请学生拿出导学案群学：1. I can read. （小组长带读Let’s learn一次，把不熟悉的单词反复操练，然后齐读三次.）
2. I can write. （看图完成句子，然后小组齐读两次，注意单词“马”的发音和名词单数复数形式。）

三、Consolidation and extension Task 2: Design your farm （设计农场）请同学们打开课文P42 Draw and say看着你课前设计的农场，选择下列的内容与对子进行对学，注意距离的远近哦。)①介绍自己的农场.：This is my farm. It’s so big. Look! These are /Those are… They are…②设计对话: A: This is my farm. B: It’s big. Are these/those…? A: Yes，they are. / No, they aren’t.
四、Task 3:Practice（达标测评） 一、选择填空。 ① What’s this ? It’s a _________. (cow, cows) ② What are these ? They’re _________. (hen, hens) ③ Are those ________? (sheep, sheeps) Yes, they are . ④ These are _________. (horse, horses) ⑤ The _________ (sheep, sheeps) is so cute .⑥ There are some _______(cow, cows)on the farm.
五、最后总结评出“最佳农场小帮手”
六、Homework：1、Read P42。读42页所学内容。2、把设计好的农场，跟家人和朋友介绍一下。
