Unit 5 Dinner’s ready 教学案例
一、热身(Warm-up)
问题导入:What would you like ? I'd like some…,please.引出与食物有关的新旧单词milk, soup,bread,vegetables, apple, strawberry…( 温故知新)
二、新课呈现与操练 (Presentation and practice)
1、教师呈现课文PPT,并播放对话, 使学生对课文有个整体感知,并且理解其意义。
2、Group-work: ask students to read the dialogue with his/her partner. (教师帮助学生纠正发音)
3、教师完整播放对话视频两遍,学生跟读,引导学生在语境中理解Dinner’s ready的意义,并教学这句话。
4. 课堂检测,请学生回答问题:
What would Mike like for dinner?
What would Mike’s father like for dinner?
三、扩展延伸(Consolidation and extension)
Play time: Welcome to my restaurant.
教师将事先准备好的写有食物名称的单词卡下发给每组学生(两人一组),学生扮演餐厅老板,为自己的食物标定价格。然后,请同学去“餐厅”买“食物”。
eg : --What would you like for dinner?
-- I’d like some beef and vegetables.
-- 10 yuan, please.
-- Here you are.
-- Thank you.
通过创设情境和游戏,将关于点餐的新旧知识编排成对话,学生身临其中,亲身体验,真实感知课文知识。
